Bil’in Marks Palestinian Prisoners’ Day during its Weekly Demonstration Basem Ibraheem Abo Rahmeh killed Bilin weekly protest. He is shot with new kind of tear gaz canisters (The Rocket). He was shot in his chest which lead to his death immediately. He participated in the weekly protest and was standing in the other side of the wall, and was shouting at the soldiers “we are in a nonviolent protest, there are kids and internationals” he couldn’t continue his scrim and was shot. He was transferred to Ramallah governmental hospital, but he was dead. The funeral will be tomorrow in the village of Bilin at 1:00 pm.

first- What is the electoral violence:
Electoral violence can be defined as an act or conduct harms or impedes the functioning of the electoral process leading to the integrity of the election or change the opinion of voters voting, in some cases may lead to the absence of an election and the suffocation of democratic space and the result reflected the process in favor of a particular party in the end it affects the outcome of the elections and the changes the balance of power between the parties involved in the elections.
Typically, the violent is on the candidates and the participants of the election, and those who supervises the conduct of the elections, sometimes practiced in front of vulnerable groups. There are many of controversy and debate and there are many definitions on the subject and the content vary as between peoples, societies and governments, as the ruling periods of time and for this reason, according to domestic laws of different states it has different definitions for the concept of (electoral violence) and the corresponding penalty has also different forms to electoral violence.
